My Favorite Las Vegas Food & Experiences

Las Vegas Dining Spots

Esther's Kitchen

I couldn't even get pictures of the food because we dove right in and it was so good. This was my first night in Vegas and it was a wonderful prequel to all the other wonderful food that was to come!

Carson Kitchen

I cannot recommend this place enough. Especially if you have a bunch of friends to go with. I went with 6 people and we basically ordered everything off the menu. They have small, shareable plates meant for family-style dining. It was nice because everybody got a little taste of everything.

Also their espresso martini was to die for.

Bellagio Hotel Conservatory & Botanical Garden

This is open 24/7. I actually went around midnight because I was wide awake from my time change, and I thought it would be perfect since it would be less crowded. While I visited they were doing the Lunar New Year exhibition, shown below:

Fremont Street Experience

Fremont Street was QUITE the experience, that's for sure. It was super fun to walk around during the afternoon of the Super Bowl. The whole place was lit up with Eagles and Chiefs fans bar hopping and celebrating.

I ended up at a little bar called Bin 702 which is actually in the Container Park right next to Fremont Street. The Container Park is filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc., all made out of shipping containers. I ended up finding the perfect spot on Bin 702's rooftop which overlooked a perfect view of the game!

Other great spots in the Container Park:
